SHIFT MANAGER / BARTENDER / SERVER
Job Description
Truman's is seeking a hardworking, industry professional who can proficiently serve and/or bartend while managing a shift.
We are a fast-paced, high-volume sports bar. You must have an energetic, positive attitude and a willingness to work hard.
All candidates for the bartender/shift manager position will train and work as a server initially in order to become proficient with our menu, bar procedures, and general operations.
Upon successfully completing training and displaying proficiency at all necessary skills, and displaying an attitude conducive to successful shift management, candidates will then train as a bartender and shift manager. After completion of all training, a regular schedule will be established which will include your own dedicated regular bartending shift(s) and at least one serving shift per week.
This position will require a time and effort investment, but is extremely financially rewarding! Our Servers make an average of $18-$25 per hour (tips + server minimum wage). Our bartenders easily make $300 per shift in tips, but make exponentially more with a great attitude, dedication to customer service, drive to master the trade, and by developing a good repertoire with our large base of loyal regular customers.
